ABSTRACT
Housing needs & demand are increasingly high. Nowadays, forcing some to be individualistic. Social connections are now can take place outside the neighborhood community environment, hence the facility like public park can play the role. Its is important to bring such a joy and nice neighborhood within comfortable, active and save community.
Towards better lifestyle and providing comfortable accommodation, community empowerment is prioritized.

Currently studying Master of Architecture in Universiti Putra Malaysia. Currently resides at Sungai Buloh, Selangor. Previously working as Architect's Assistant in a private firm at Puchong for 2 years, and intern at Shah Alam for half a year. Obtained a degree from same university back in 2017 for Bsc Architecture.

Need to emphasize on you housing programs. Study the market price and do more precedent studies to get the ideas.

Weave your complex story line to make it cohesive. You can suggest all the housing programs but make it practical and situation-adaptable. The building size may looks gigantic and need to reconsider the urban fabric.
